• Processing and submission of applications to designated partner universities and colleges.
• Immigration guidance, visa document review, and interview coaching.
• Referral to accredited tuition financing platforms (such as MPOWER Financing and Passage).

As a prospective student or applicant, you agree and warrant that:

• All transcripts, certificates, identification documents, test scores, and financial records submitted to Skyned are authentic, valid, and unaltered.
• Submitting fraudulent or falsified documentation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of representation, notification to institutional authorities, and potential legal reporting.
• You are responsible for meeting all tuition deposit and official institution deadlines.

While Skyned maintains an outstanding 98% historical visa approval rate through rigorous compliance auditing:

• Institutional Admissions: Admission decisions are at the sole discretion of the respective colleges, universities, and faculties.
• Immigration Authorities: The issuance of student study permits, visas, and entry clearances rests exclusively with governmental immigration agencies (e.g., IRCC for Canada, UKVI for the UK, USCIS/DOS for the USA). Skyned does not guarantee admission or visa outcomes.

Skyned’s standard university placement and advisory services are provided free of charge to prospective students for partner institutions.

• Direct institutional fees (application fees, tuition deposits, credential evaluation fees) and statutory governmental costs (visa application charges, biometrics, medical tests) are paid directly to the designated entities or handled via transparent institutional channels.
• Premium bespoke services (such as specialized legal appeal briefs or priority tutoring) will be quoted in writing and agreed upon before engagement.

All website content, proprietary calculators, software, logos, trademarks, and documentation published by Skyned Consults Corporation are protected by Canadian, Nigerian, and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without prior written consent.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall be settled through friendly mediation or competent courts.
